Here is an interview with Kathleen Zoehfeld, an award winning author who writes about dinosaurs and other science related topics.  She also loves to dig and prep fossils!

Q1. What high school/college classes are good to take?

A. Be well rounded- English, Literature, writing, and History

 

Q2. If someone wrote a biography about you what would the title be?

A. “Late Bloomer” and Dr. Bakker says, “Cute as a Button and Smart too”

Q3. Did you have a mentor? What was the most significant thing he/she taught you?

A. My Granddad, his office was lined with books

Q4. What was your most exciting discovery?

A. The head of Jeff- a giant Diplocaulus skull found in 2009

 

Q5. If you were a dinosaur which one would you be and why?

A. Raptor (deinonychus)- They are swift and have long legs and claws

 

Q6. What is your favorite breakfast food?

A. Blueberry pancakes
